Terms of Service

Bunch Studios is a web design and development studio providing custom website design, development, and related digital services to businesses, brands, and individuals.

We provide custom web design and development services, including short-form marketing websites, UI/UX design, CMS support, and on-page SEO. All Services are delivered digitally and tailored to each client's needs as outlined in the individual project agreement, proposal, or quote shared with the Client ("Project Agreement").

Where these Terms and a signed Project Agreement conflict, the Project Agreement takes precedence for that project.

• ///All projects begin only after mutual agreement on scope and receipt of the advance payment described in Section 4.
• ///Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely content (text, images, branding assets, logins, and any other materials needed for the project).
• ///Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on Client responsiveness, the complexity of revisions, and timely delivery of content, and may shift accordingly.

• ///A 30% advance is required before work begins. The remaining 70% is due on project completion, before final files or access are delivered.
• ///Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• ///Invoices are issued with payment via UPI or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• ///Late payment of the final balance may result in a pause in work or delayed delivery until payment is received.

• ///Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated in the Project Agreement.
• ///Requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope, page count, or feature set (i.e., "scope creep") may be treated as additional work. We will communicate any extra cost before starting that work.

• ///Final deliverables (the completed website, its design files, and custom code) become the Client's property once full payment has been received.
• ///Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of Bunch Studios.
• ///We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional/marketing materials, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing (email is sufficient).
• ///Any third-party assets used in the project (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their own respective licenses, and it is the Client's responsibility to maintain any ongoing licenses required for continued use.

To keep the project on track, the Client agrees to:

• ///Respond to feedback and revision requests within 48–72 hours.
• ///Provide clear, timely communication and required assets throughout the project.
• ///Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to us do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

• ///If a project is cancelled before work begins, the advance will be refunded in full.
• ///If a project is cancelled after work has started, the advance is non-refundable, and the Client will be invoiced for any additional work completed beyond the advance amount.

We occasionally take on projects for social impact organizations (NGOs, schools, public service initiatives) at no cost or a reduced rate. These are selected at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, based on factors like project scale, urgency, and our current capacity. Pricing decisions for such projects rest entirely with Bunch Studios and do not set a precedent for other engagements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ///Bunch Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity) arising from your use of the Site or our Services.
• ///We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, or services outside our direct control.
• ///Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or power outages, government restrictions, or platform-wide outages of third-party tools we rely on.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
